If you change your mind about any purchased items, you can return them to us (except for pierced jewelry or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 14 days of the item being delivered to you provided the following conditions:
- The items are unworn and unwashed
- In the case of shoes, they are unworn and show no signs of wear
- The items have all original tags attached
- The items aren’t stained with makeup or any other substance
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Station 17. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your return
- We reserve the right to not refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of this return policy
- The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer
All refunds issued will be made using the same method of payment used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive items back from you; or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provided evidence that you have returned the goods
If you were unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email us with your order number and we would be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you!
Returning an Item
For all returns within the United States, please follow the quick and easy steps below:
- On your delivery note, circle or highlight the item(s) you wish to return. Please provide a brief description of why you are returning the item.
- Enclose this delivery note with the item(s) and package everything securely.
- Return your package to the following address:
129 1/2 Main Street, Seal Beach, CA 90740
- Please be aware that if you choose to return your package using this service, the return costs are to be paid for by the customer and not by Station 17.
- Remember to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
We currently do not offer exchanges for any products on our website. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.
